Call a Ventura County Locksmith

Automotive Locksmith

The van is the workshop: key-cutting machines, programming gear, and opening tools ride to your vehicle, so lockouts, lost keys, fobs, and failing ignitions get solved curbside in one visit. No tow, no dealership wait.

Residential Locksmith

Home work is about control of your keys: getting back in when they fail you, killing old copies after a move or a lost set, and putting hardware on your doors that earns its place, installed and aligned properly.

Commercial Locksmith

Business doors carry more weight: key control after staff changes, life-safety exit hardware that must work every time, closers that actually latch, and key systems designed on paper before they are pinned into metal.

🔐

Safe Services

Safe work starts with proof of ownership, then the least destructive opening the safe allows, so what you get back still works. Combinations and keypad codes get reset for new owners or after staff changes. Price depends on the brand, the lock, and what failed, so the job is quoted as a firm written total you approve first.

Emergency Lockouts

Lockouts dispatch with priority, Mon–Sat 7:30AM–11PM: real hours, honestly published, with no emergency surcharge. An evening lockout costs the same published range as a morning appointment.

How a Service Call Works

Three steps from your call to a confirmed total, and no surprises after it.

1 · Call or book Tell the dispatcher what happened and where. You get your published range and a realistic arrival window on that same call.
2 · We come to you A licensed technician arrives with the equipment aboard: driveway, curbside, office, or roadside.
3 · Total confirmed, then work Authorization verified, exact total confirmed inside the published range, and only then does the work begin.
Three steps of a locksmith call: the dispatcher on the phone, the van on the road, and freshly cut keys handed to the customer

Service & Pricing FAQs

What decides where I land inside a published range?
The job in front of the technician decides it, and the price list above already separates the biggest factors. On car keys it is what the key has to do: cut only, cut and programmed, or a push-to-start fob supplied as well as programmed. On a rekeying visit it is how many cylinders are on the list. The dispatcher gives you the range on the call, and the technician confirms your exact number before work starts.
Why do some services say "firm quote" instead of a range?
Because an honest one-size range does not exist for them: safes, master key systems, and storefront hardware vary too much by what is installed and what failed. Those jobs get assessed and quoted as a firm written total, approved by you before work starts, instead of a bait number that grows.
Is same-day service available?
Usually, yes. We dispatch Mon–Sat 7:30AM–11PM and lockouts get priority. Call (805) 273-8262 and the dispatcher quotes a realistic arrival window for your address and hour, not a scripted promise.
What do I need to have ready when the technician arrives?
Proof that you are authorized: ID plus vehicle registration for cars, a lease or utility bill for homes, or owner/manager authorization for businesses and safes. Verification protects you. It is how legitimate locksmithing works.
